Because each bag is handmade and personalised, it takes around 5–7 working days to make, then ships to you — roughly 2 weeks in total. Free UK shipping, with tracking sent to your email. As each piece is custom, we can't accept returns unless it arrives faulty, so please double-check your spelling at checkout.
Care: spot-clean gently with a soft damp cloth and let it air-dry. Keep away from prolonged damp to protect the grass weave and the knitted lettering.

As each one is hand-knitted with your name, custom bags can't be returned unless they arrive faulty — so please double-check your spelling before ordering. Made a typo? Email us within 24 hours and we'll fix it.
