We want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us directly at contact@byremyy.com or call us at +44 7412 318966 and our team will guide you through the process.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@byremyy.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
